The petitioner has filed the present application for reviewing of the order dated 10.5.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.19146 of 2012 by which this Court has affirmed the order 2.3.2012 passed in O.A. No.640 of 2010.
Basically the matter relates to holding of departmental
Patna High Court C. REV. No.390 of 2014 (6) dt.28-02-2018 proceeding and punishment has been inflicted upon him. Basic thrust has been given, on account of non-service of chare-sheet which is mandatory, no-compliance vitiates the action taken against him. The aforesaid issue has been considered and answered the same.
We have gone through the order which is under challenge. We do not find any error on the face of the record. Accordingly this application is dismissed.
