The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 353 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner had actively participated in the occurrence in which mother of the informant sustained fatal injuries on her head and later on, she died, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
