The FIR vide Benipatti P.S. Case No.125 of 2021 (C.R.I. No.391 of 2021) registered under Sections 304(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased lady. The brother of the deceased lady is the informant and has alleged in the FIR that her sister was married one and half year ago with the petitioner and from then as the family members were demanding Rs.50,000/-, which the informant's family were unable to pay. It is alleged that on 14.06.2021, he was informed by one of his friend who was resident of the same village that his sister has been killed by the petitioner and his family members. He reached the place and it was in this way that the present FIR came to be instituted.

No.71745 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 Taking into account that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased lady and was supposed to protect her, this Court for the present is not inclined to release him on bail. The bail application is accordingly rejected.
