Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2016 registered under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 13.12.2016 and 20.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49727 of 2016 and 16999 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.02.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22682 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 285 of 2016.
