The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.286 of 2019, registered under Sections363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant disclosed that his daughter had gone to Bankipur High School but she did not return. One Siddharatha Kumar is alleged to have kidnapped the victim. When the informant went to inquire, the petitioners are alleged to have abused the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are father and mother of Siddharatha Kumar and they have no manner of concern with the affairs of kidnapping. They have been made accused only because they happened to be the

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.286 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
