Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections- 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged house of the petitioner is constructed with phus without there being any door. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.04.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
