2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2022 .

3 . It is alleged that 28.2 liters illicit liquor was recovered from a hut situated behind the house of these petitioners.

4. It is submitted that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and they are no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioners claim

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court 1 Sitamarhi in connection with Bela Police Station Case No. 171 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
