2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 316 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/120-B, 302 and 210 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82933 of 2024.
3. Earlier vide order dated 05.12.2025, a report has been called for from the learned trial Court regarding status of the present case. Learned trial Court has reported that in this case, the evidence of prosecution is over. The examination of the accused persons under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. is also over and the case is pending for the defence evidence and the defence side exhausted

4. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial Court so that the trial may be concluded expeditiously with this observation that I do not find any merit in this case as the trial is on its fag end.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage and, as such, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) lata/- U T
