The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner for torture and assault. Petitioner is brother of the husband and he is in custody since 9.6.2014.

Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Ramdev Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief
