The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
As per allegation 24 liters Nepali country-made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that his antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 1.5.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32094 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017.
