The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. Earlier on 16.12.2016 considering the recovery of huge quantity i.e. 92 Kg of Ganja, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr.Misc.No. 45561 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remained in custody for sufficient period and the case is not proceeding properly. She admits that charge has already been framed.

Considering the fact that on merit, earlier the prayer for bail was already rejected, there is no reason to review my

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33236 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 earlier order. The petition stands dismissed. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, while rejecting the prayer for bail , it is desirable to observe that the learned trial court as well as the prosecution may take appropriate steps, so that the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U T
