ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of non-discharge dated 01.07.2013 passed by the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj in Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2011 (G.R. Case No. 615 of 2011). Having gone through the contents of the case diary, I find no justification for interference in the matter. Hence, the application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this
