This petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of petitioner no. 3, who is in jail in connection with Supaul P. S. Case no. 190 of 2017.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner no. 3 that he has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against petitioner no. 3 is that he inflicted blow by sharp cutting weapon on the right eye-brow of the informant. In the injury report an abrasion has been found on the right eye-brow of the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26130 of 2017 (4) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 let petitioner no. 3, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P. S. Case no. 190 of 2017.
