1. Though the present writ petition was filed for restraining the respondents from constructing marriage hall, which has now stood constructed, but now the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent authorities to remove the marriage hall from the land in question, nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall approach the District Magistrate, Gaya, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, however, he be directed to take appropriate action in a time bound manner.
2. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition regarding his
Patna High Court CWJC No.17331 of 2015(5) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 subsisting grievances, before the District Magistrate, Gaya, within a period of four weeks from today, who shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
