The petitioner is accused in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2016 registered under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.03.2017. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused, Anjani Kuamr, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 3425 of 2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19591 of 2017 (4) dt.05-07-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge Ist-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
