2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner conspired and misappropriated huge amount of money of the informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67555 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/3 by executing sale deed of a land which was already sold to three other persons prior to the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither purchaser nor vendor of the alleged land. Petitioner is only alleged to have assisted the husband of the informant in purchasing the land in question and not a single money has been transferred in the account of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with K. Hat P.S.
