The petitioner is in custody in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 379, 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 509, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.07.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that after receiving consideration money, the sale deed has not been executed by him.

Considering the fact that nature of allegation and scheme under the specific relief act, the Court is inclined to

No.56584 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2019, subject to condition that the petitioner shall not alienate any land.
