Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 10.3.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 11032/2016 at initial stage of the case and petitioner is in jail custody since 1.7.2015 but up till now, trial of the petitioner could not be concluded. Report of the trial court goes to shows that near about 8 proposed prosecution witnesses are still to be examined and there is no possibility of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future. So far as merit of the case is concerned, it appears that on petty dispute, petitioner gave single blow causing head injury to the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
