The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 331 of 2016, arising out of Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 & 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.11.2016 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about fifteen months. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23123 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 5th , Purnia in Sessions Trial No. 331 of 2016, arising out of Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015.
