JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks seek bail in Mohania P.S. Case No. 345 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections-394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. The case has been registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner has come in confessional statement of co-accused Mudrika Mushar. Mudrika Mushar has already been granted bail by this court by order dated 27-01-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53004 of 2016. .

In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
