The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the nature of allegation against these petitioners are general and omnibus and that there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry against these petitioners and also the fact that these petitioners have been living separately from the deceased and her husband, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of two
