Petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.06.2016 in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 363/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code subsequently Sections 364/302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The F.I.R. was lodged for missing of Raj Kishore Prasad, the brother of the informant, subsequently dead body of Raj Kishore Prasad was recovered. Suspicion is there against the petitioner and other accused to have committed the offence of kidnapping and murder.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52707 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 co-accused Upendra Paswan @ Opi Paswan and Mahesh Yadav have already allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Allegation against the petitioner is of similar nature. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015.
