2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging deliberate and willful violation of the order dated 20.08.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6773 of 2015.
3. The order of the writ Court required payment of statutory interest of certain amount and revision of family pension.

4. From the materials on record, it transpires that the authorities have complied with the direction and payments both with regard to remaining Provident Fund as well as revision of pension has been made.
5. In such view of the matter, the application stands disposed off.
6. However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved by any amount unpaid to him under any head, she shall be at liberty to file representation before the appropriate authority. Upon the same being done, the authorities shall be obliged to look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within two months from the date of filing of such representation. It goes without saying that if anything further is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to her within one month from the date of passing of the order.
