This writ application, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been preferred against the order dated 22.07.2019 passed in Supply Appeal Case No. 06 of 2019 by the Collector, Sitamarhi, (respondent no.2), dismissing the aforesaid appeal of the petitioner affirming the order dated 18.07.2018, by which, P.D.S. shop License No. 27 of 2017 of the petitioner was cancelled by the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Licensing Authority, Sadar, Sitamarhi.

The impugned appellate order is revisionable, under Rule 32(V) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, accordingly, the writ petition, filed on behalf of the petitioner, is dismissed with liberty to prefer the revision, under Rule 32(V) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, within six weeks before the appropriate forum and the same shall be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of filing of revision with copy of this order.
