Encroaching upon land of informant, accused persons indulged in digging plinth and during course thereof, having been prevented, Dularchand Yadav gave blow over head of Saligram followed by petitioner with 'Khanti' as well as Vinod Yadav with butt of pistol over left leg. Kameshwar Yadav also snatched chain. During course thereof, Kaushlya Devi @ Sushila Devi was actively involved.
It is evident from Annexure-3, an order dated 13.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7150 of 2014 that on account of presence of single cut injury over head of injured while two persons have been named as an assailant, one of the assailant Dularchand Yadav had already been granted bail.

No.47545 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 In the aforesaid background, petitioner Kameshwar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Birpur in connection with Raghopur P.S.
