2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in relief portion No. 1 (I) of the present writ petition, District Magistrate, Munger has been wrongly typed in place of District Programme Officer, Munger and seeks permission to correct the same

3. Permission granted. It is hereby directed to the Counsel for the petitioner to correct the same i.e., in the relief

Patna High Court CWJC No.18315 of 2018(3) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 portion No. 1 (I) of the present writ petition in course of the day.

4. After some arguments, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that remedy to the petitioner for filing appeal lies before the District Magistrate.

5. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the appointment of petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika has taken place in the year 2003 and her appointment has been guided by the guidelines of 1998 in which District Magistrate is the Appellate Authority.

6. As such, the present writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal before the District Magistrate within 30 days from today. Delay in filing appeal if any, is hereby directed to be condoned. District Magistrate is directed to finalize the appeal within 90 days from the date of completion of appearance of the concerned parties.
