In compliance to the earlier order dated 06.03.2014 passed by this Court in CWJC No 14711 of 2005, petitioner had approached respondent No 3 for redressal of his grievance with respect to his claim for regularization. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same should be disposed of by the respondents.

In view of the limited nature of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20953 of 2014(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Respondent No 3 would be obliged to consider and dispose of the writ petitioner's claim within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This order is being passed without going into the merit of the case.
