The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Both the parties are present. There is no dispute that petitioner had already returned the claim amount through account transfer to the informant.
In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51887 of 2016 (3) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/Successor Court in connection with Darbhanga Town Police Station Case No. 74 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
