Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Four person including the petitioner indiscriminately fired at the son of the informant and son of the informant sustained injury. The injury report available at Annexure-3 would reveal that all the firearm injuries were found on non-vital part of the body i.e. on hands and legs. Petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2019.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58992 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with K.Hat (Maranga) Police Station Case No.55 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
