2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to be order-giver. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. He further submits that F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 15 days without there being any plausible explanation of delay. He further submits that prior to lodging of the present F.I.R., the informant had lodged a complaint for the same occurrence, vide Complaint Case No. 1306 of 2023, against all the co-accused persons, except this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.
