2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 24.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43588 of 2016.
