24/25 present in Court, states that The Extremely Backward Class (EBC) Commission was appointed by the State of Bihar for also ascertaining the political backwardness. The State is willing to confer EBC Commission the status of a dedicated commission for this purpose and send a reference to the EBC Commission to look into the matter and to strictly ensure compliance of the Judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in K. Krishna Murthy & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors (2010) 7 SCC 202, Vikas Kishanrao Gawali Vs. State of Maharashtra (2021) 6 SCC 73, Suresh Mahajan Vs.
