2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 329 ( 4 ), 118 ( 2 ), 76, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case , informant namely Brahmdev Chaudhari alleged that on 07.10.2024 , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner armed with lathi, danda assaulted informant and his grandson due to which they sustained injuries. Injuries sustained by injured are simple in nature . Case and counter case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63033 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
