It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 that the counsel for the petitioner has received two revalidated drafts, being draft no. 538498, dated 13.10.2015, amounting to Rs.75,000/-, and draft no. 527237, dated 17.10.2015, amounting to Rs.50,000/-, issued by the State Bank of India, Dumka Chowk Branch, East Singhbum, and as per the direction of the Court Rs.10,000/- has already been received by opposite party no. 2.
