JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in representative capacity by way of the legal heir and wife of the deceased husband namely late Sunil Kumar Singh. In the present writ petition, it has been prayed to grant super time pay-scale to the husband of the petitioner with effect from the date his juniors have been granted the said pay scale. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present case is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to examine the case of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today.
