2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 320 of 2023 airing out of Tajpur P.S. Case No. 575 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 120-B, 396, 397, 307, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8401 of 2024.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the trial is going on and one witnesses has already been examined in this case and rest of the witnesses will be examined by the police on the next date in the Court below and

4. In view of the fact that the trial has started, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
