JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to safe guard the landed property and the standing crops cultivated on the same which belong to Sri Ram Janki Mandir Trust situated at Mauza Kewarhi, within Kudra Police Station, in the district of Kaimur (Bhabhua). 2.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18784 of 2008 dt.10-09-2018 2/2 petitioner that the dispute in respect of the property has come to an end. A committee has already been constituted to look after the landed properties of the trust. The dispute stands now fully resolved. 3.

Learned counsel for the State also submitted that the District Administration has taken into consideration the issue raised by the petitioner and has resolved the dispute and the landed properties of the trust is now been properly managed. 4.

However, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust (for short 'Board') submitted that the resolution of dispute has not been notified to the Board. He prayed for time in order to enable him to file counteraffidavit. 5.

Since the writ petitioner does not intend to pursue the present proceeding, in the opinion of this Court, no useful purpose would be served by either inviting any counter-affidavit from the Board or keeping the matter pending before this Court. 6.

It is disposed of as infructuous.
