2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 447, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 332 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute and there is case and counter case between the parties. The accusations are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55413 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 general and omnibus in nature without any specific assault attributed individually. The petitioner nos. 1 and 3 claim clean antecedents while petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 5 are accused in prior cases.

4. Learned APP invites reference to injury report of Ramdeo Yadav which discloses deformity of the left arm and the X-ray report shows fracture of the left arm. It is further stated that the petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 5 are having criminal antecedents and there is specific accusation against these petitioners having assaulted the informant's side.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged, injuries sustained by Ramdeo Yadav and the criminal antecedents of petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 5, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
