2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 69, 352, 351 ( 2 ), 303 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS.
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely Gunjan Kumari alleged that this petitioner used to communicate with informant on call and during course of call, this petitioner duped informant and made physical relation with her and thereafter, started blackmailing her and again made physical relation with her on several occasions and also took Rs. 1,50,000/- from informant. When husband of informant came to know about the aforesaid relation of informant and petitioner, then he ousted informant from her matrimonial house . It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61739 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/3 further alleged that when informant went to make complain about the aforesaid incident, then family members of petitioner assaulted and abused her.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. As a matter of fact, the husband of the petitioner is daily wage labour and informant was facing financial problem and due to which , she has taken money from this petitioner several times as help and when petitioner asked to return the money , then informant refused to do so and lodged this false and concocted case against this petitioner. It is further alleged that with the intervention of well wishers of both the parties, the matter has been compromised between them and for the same , a compromise petition has been filed on 07.05.2025 in the Court below . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the fact that matter has already been compromised between the parties, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

No.61739 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 3/3 bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Naugachiya at Bhagalpur in connection with Naugachiya Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
