.... .... Respondents =========================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. GA8- SANDEEP KUMAR =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-07-2017 Even if the Court goes by the decision which was rendered in C.W.J.C. No. 9681 of 1997, decided on 10.12.1999, which is Annexure-1 to the writ application, the husband of the petitioner does not complete 20 years of service. He is supposed to have been regularized as per the fact indicated in the judicial order on 8th February, 1991, but he died on 02.05.2001, which does not add up to 20 years of service to enable an employee or her widow to claim family pension etc.

This is futile exercise which is being pursued by the petitioner for payment of an entitlement which is no available to her in the very first place in the given facts.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21024 of 2014 dt.01-07-2017 2/2 Writ has not merit. It is dismissed.
