Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masaurhi P. S. case no. 191/2014 registered under sections 341, 323, 353,504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner made protest against irregularity committed by Mukhiya but on account of political rivalry as well as the above stated protest, petitioner has been roped in this case on the basis of written report submitted by Mukhiya.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
