JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire from his rifle, causing injury on the neck of the deceased as a result thereof, the deceased died then and there. The alleged occurrence took place in the year, 2005 but the petitioner could be remanded in this case in the year, 2014. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as previous conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Silao (Rajgir) P.S. Case No. 332 of 2005 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
