JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Maker P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 122 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-385, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of CLA Act.
There is allegation in the written report that Branch Manager of SINCON infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. received notice from Moiwadi to give levy of 10% of total construction amount failing which, his machine and plant will be burnt and threat of life was also given to other employees. The construction work was stopped.
From the written report, it appears that the petitioner is not named in the written report.

In the impugned order, it has been mentioned that the name of this petitioner has come in confessional statement of coaccused Amin Sahani. This petitioner is said to be brother of Amin Sahani.
In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000./- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 122 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Saran at Chapra subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
