Learned counsel for the State shall serve a copy of the counter affidavit on learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General during the course of the day. Pursuant to order dated 03.08.2015, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 5 and 6 in which order has been brought on record grating 2nd A.C.P. with effect from 09.08.1999 to the petitioner. Order has also been issued for grant of payment of the arrears and revision of the pension and the same communicated to the Accountant General by letter dated 10.08.2015. Further, there is also an order to pay the difference of the revised scale on account of

Patna High Court CWJC No.21371 of 2014 (4) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 leave encashment by order dated 11.08.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the chart of calculation not having been given, he is not in a position to ascertain as to whether the amount has been correctly computed.

Be that as it may, this Court does not find it necessary to keep the matter pending. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the Accountant General to issue necessary authority slip within one week. The State respondents are also directed to supply a calculation chart in terms of the order dated 11.08.2015 passed by them relating to grant of second A.C.P. and payment of the arrears relating to difference of salary and leave encashment within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 6. In case the petitioner finds any error in the calculation, he shall have liberty to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 6 within two weeks thereafter. The respondent no. 6 shall thereafter verify the matter and if it is found that some more payment is due to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within a further period of two weeks.
