Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the second paragraph of the first page of the order dated 06.07.2017, Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code have been inadvertently typed in place of Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be correct in his submission.

In that view of the matter Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29268 of 2017(3) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 35 of the Arms Act' shall be read in place of 'Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code'. This order is modified to the aforementioned extent indicated above.
