JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order of this Court date 29.04.2024, passed in CWJC No.725 of 2024 has already stood complied, inasmuch as the Circle Officer, Giriyak, District-Nalanda has passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No.03 of 2022-23 on 26.09.2023. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel

Patna High Court MJC No.2973 of 2024(4) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities by taking recourse to the due process of law for enforcement of the order dated 26.09.2023. Liberty so sought is granted.
