06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Petitioners who were earlier released on bail relating to Semra P.S. Case No.6/2017 again indulged in similar activity though, during course of raid they were apprehended and only two litre of country made wine along with raw materials for preparation of country made wine were seized in front of their house. During course of said raid, from the house of one Bhaula Uraon country made wine as well as raw materials were also seized. Petitioners happen to be under custody since 10.03.2017. In the aforesaid background, petitioners Moti Uraon, Indua Devi @ Madhu Devi, Ramjee Uraon each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28569 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Semra P.S. Case No.25/2017, with a condition that further involvement of the petitioners in such kind of cases will automatically lead forfeiture of privilege being granted at the present moment.
