JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 Perused the report of the Jail Superintendent, Hajipur where it has been stated that he has not received any order for production of accused persons and on that account he was not produced the accused before the Court.

The reason is not satisfactory for not producing the accused persons in time.

Let Presiding Officer of the Court arising from Lalganj P.S. Case No.11 of 2015 must ensure that there should not be any laches in communicating the order of the court for production of the accused persons, as Superintendent of Jail, Hajipur has shifted his liability on the Presiding Officer.

Let this order be communicated to the District and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11833 of 2017 (6) dt.02-08-2017 Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur to see that in future there should not be any lapse for production of the accused persons in due time.
