2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 11.05.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 67957 of 2022 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in paragraph - 3 of the petition, further eight weeks time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bonds before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each in the office of District Legal Services Authority, Darbhanga and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bonds.

4. Accordingly, order dated 11.05.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 67957 of 2022 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
