2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that Petitioner No. 1 is registered owner and Petitioner No. 2 is driver of the seized vehicle and alleged to be indulged in illegal mining, transportation and storage of sand.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have falsely been

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that there is specific accusation that these petitioners are indulged in illegal mining, storage and transportation of sand. Petitioners have got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
